Can you test and then remove the mold?
No. We never do both on the same property or job. If you need an assessment, it has to be done by an independent assessor.
Should I clean visible mold myself?
Small surface spots are common. Larger areas or growth that keeps coming back usually point to a moisture problem. Tell us what you’re seeing first.
What does it cost?
It depends on the property and which services you combine. We confirm the price before anything is booked.
