Full Home Inspection
A full inspection of the home’s structure and major systems, from the roof and attic to the electrical panel, plumbing, HVAC and interior. You get a photo report within 24 hours.
This is the inspection most buyers book, and a sensible one for owners who haven’t had the home looked at in years. Findings are sorted by system and flagged as safety concerns, repairs or maintenance.
What we inspect
What we can inspect depends on access and conditions on the day.

What a home inspection is, and isn’t
- A visual, non-invasive inspection of the parts of the home we can safely see and reach on the day.
- We don’t open walls, move furniture or stored items, or take equipment apart.
- Areas we can’t get to, like a blocked attic or a roof that isn’t safe to walk, are noted in the report.
- It’s not a code-compliance inspection, a warranty, or an engineering evaluation.
Questions
How long does it take?
It depends on the size, age and condition of the home. We give you an estimate when we confirm the appointment.
Should I be there?
If you can, yes. It’s the easiest way to see findings in person and ask questions. If you can’t make it, the report stands on its own.
Is this the same as a 4-Point?
No. A 4-Point covers four systems on an insurer’s form. A full inspection covers the whole home in a written report.
What does it cost?
It depends on the property and which services you combine. We confirm the price before anything is booked.
